FAQ

1.Do you accept returns? 

-ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS EXCHANGES OR RETURNS unless item is damaged or broken you must contact me within 48 hrs of receiving items. You will have to send items back for damaged items so we can send a replacement we are NOT responsible for shipping charges. Items are carefully examined before shipping. We are also NOT responsible for packages that are lost or stolen so please be vigilant of your orders 

ALSO CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE OR ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. 

2.Where do you ship?

-Worldwide shipping if you are outside of the US please email or DM us to order

3. Processing time?

-Processing Time is 1-5 Business days this does NOT include weekends. Also please allow 1-2 business days after you receive your tracking number for it to work.

4.How long will it take to receive my items? 

-once items are processed it’ll take USPS or UPS 2-6business days to deliver your items 

During big sales please allow an extra 1-2 days we do usually include a free gift when this happens ❤️

Once you receive tracking please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to be in the system 

5. How much is shipping? 

-Due to recent changes at USPS shipping will be $4-$8 starting March 1,2019 and free for any orders $35+ using code (FREESHIP) at checlout  If you are in the ruskin area I can meet up but u do NOT accept cash payments 

6. Can you send to a different address than on my PayPal?

-No, we only send packages to the address on your PayPal so please make sure it’s correct.

7.How can I pay? 

-PayPal or squarecash if you are making an order through squarecash make sure to email me first 

8.What if contacts don’t show up on my eyes like the picture? 

- If you have any questions about the color please email us or DM us on Instagram or facebook.

9.what if I don’t like the contacts?

-we’re sorry if you don’t like them unfortunately due to health reasons we do not accept returns. Refund or exchange is ONLY in the case they arrive damaged.  

We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian Orders.

Just an FYI we are not responsible for lost,stolen,or misplaced items. Once USPS/UPS has them they are out of our hands so please make sure you are vigilant of your packages. Make arrangements with USPS/UPS to hold your items if you’re not available to retrieve them ❤️
